About Us

Yitzhak Rosenbaum is a professional involved in the areas of corporate finance, real estate and law for 20 years in Israel and the United States. Mr. Rosenbaum executed a number of IPOs, Secondaries and Reg S Offerings, structured and completed numerous private placement transactions and completed various cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Rosenbaum was Managing Director of a business unit of a Fortune 500 in the field of chemicals and electronics. Prior to that Mr. Rosenbaum was a manger of International finance of a Fortune 100 Company and managed a monthly short term, cash portfolio of $300 million investing in various equity and debt financial instruments.

He received certificates for continuing professional education in Israel from Tel Aviv University. He is a licensed Israeli and United States advocate and attorney at law, MBA in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.  Mr. Rosenbaum writes and lectures in Israel in the field of finance, business and law.

Ronit  Rosenbaum is a professional involved in the areas of management, pensions, employee benefits, insurance, corporate finance and real estate for 10 years in Israel and the United States. In her last position she was the Manager of Human Resources of a large organization in Israel, responsible for 2000 employees. She previously was a corporate finance manager in the treasury department of a USA Fortune 500 Company responsible for equity and debt investments. Ronit is a graduate in economics of the University of Chicago and a graduate of the Drexel University School of Business and Engineering. She also received a certificate in advanced management in Israel from the Israel Management Center.
